Commercial Grade Concrete Sealer, Hardener and Densifier


First Component Within (1) hour of application the 1st component sets up forming a temporary shield over the surface that stops moisture penetration from the top while protecting the treated material during the reactive chemical fusion process of the sealer. Second Component The 2nd component continues to penetrate, encapsulating tiny surface and interior particles, filling up voids and capillaries which significantly tightens and hardens the wear surface, creating an impermeable water barrier. Third Component The 3rd component, a nano material, penetrates deeper forming hard, insoluble structures as it goes, filling macro and micro spaces, solidifying the entire treated material into one solid mass. Permanent and irreversible protection is complete.


LithiSeal is a highly self-reactive water-based lithium sealer that contains no VOCs or solvents. It is designed to deeply penetrate and react within the substrate on a molecular level

LithiSeal actually fuses with the substrate, filling up macro and micro spaces within the substrate, resulting in long term protection against water penetration.

Once the process is complete, the effect is irreversible, creating permanent water resistance of the substrate.

LithiSeal also reduces or eliminates most types of efflorescence and helps prevent damaging surface Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR).
